• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews (phone and in-person) to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with candidates through the hiring process and maintain communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update the candidate database, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports as needed.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks on selected candidates.
• Assist in onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in recruitment and the job market.
