Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Manager @ Equence Technologies

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hits ales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements:

• MBA or bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 510 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record in C PaaS, SaaS, or Telecom technology sales.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Strong leadership qualities, team management capabilities, and hands-on experience guiding sales teams to exceed targets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cyclefrom strategic planning to closing enterprise-level deals
• Solid understanding of telecom technologies and a keen.
