Software Engineer @ IT Services

Job Description

Key Skills: Sap, SAP Basis, Oracle, DB2, HANA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support and install Suse Linux, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, and related SAP/DB environments.
• Provide support for at least 2-3 databases including Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SAPDB, Sybase, and HANA.
• Perform independent support and installation activities at the SAP and DB level.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members, enhancing their technical skills and knowledge.
• Work in shifts, including 24x7 and on-call support, as required by the business needs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth system operations, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and support.

Experience Requirement:

• 8-10 years of experience with Suse Linux, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Knowledge and experience with at least 2-3 databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SAPDB, Sybase, or HANA.
• Experience in supporting and installing systems at the SAP and DB level.
• Willingness to work in shifts and provide 24x7 on-call support.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education: Any Graduation.
