Designation: Legal Expert (Contract)

No. of Post: 5

Salary: Rs.65000/- p. m

Job Location: State Capitals of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra

Role & responsibilities

• Draft petitions, show-cause notices, and RTI/legal responses under the PAT Scheme
• Provide legal advice and support to SDA
• Liaison with SERC, ASG, Registrar, and other legal authorities
• Participate in hearings, drafting of orders, and ensuring legal compliance
• Support SDA in litigation, contractual agreements, and MoUs

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors in any stream + LLB from a recognized university
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience (experience in energy, electricity, or regulatory sectors desirable)
• Age Limit is 40 years (as on 15th June 2025)
