Role & responsibilities

- Managing Hiring for Leadership & Lateral into Top Big4/Big6, MNCs, BFSI, Companies Startups, Tech-Insurance, Healthcare, Investment Banking. Product Solutions & IT Solutions companies

- Sourcing quality candidates from employment portals (Naukri, Shine. Linkedin, Indeed) & Reference!

- Coordinating with quality candidates and making them aware of the requirements

-Prepare Job Description and Assist with Interview questions and process

- Assisting candidates through the ATS & coordinating while interviewing and with the HR Panel.

- Working as an Intermediary between the company and candidates.
