Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development:
Collaborate with product team and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the
product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate
interaction and design ideas.
2. User Research and Analysis:
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize the design and improve the user experience.
Analyze and present user research results to the product team and stakeholders.
Translate user research into design solutions that address user needs and business goals.
3. Prototyping and Testing:
Develop high-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design
solutions.
Work with tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and other prototyping tools to create interactive prototypes.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and stakeholder input.
4. Visual Design:
Design user interface elements such as icons, buttons, navigation components, and other visual elements.
Ensure a consistent look and feel across all app screens and components.
Maintain and extend our design system and style guide.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, project teams and marketing, to
deliver the best possible product experience.
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers clearly and effectively.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
6. Quality Assurance:
Conduct design reviews at different stages of the product development process to ensure the final product
meets design standards and user expectations.
Work closely with QA teams to ensure that the implemented designs are consistent with the original design
intent.
7. Continuous Learning and Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Participate in professional development opportunities and workshops to enhance your design skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate.
1 to 3 years of experience.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic & motion graphic design
software.
Strong, innovative, and initiative-seeking approach to problem-solving and finding solutions.
Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
Strong communication skills with sound articulation and comprehension
The ardent desire to explore and learn emerging interactive technologies.
Outstanding communication & presentation skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work effectively across functional groups & with minimal supervision.
