Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months 1 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT hiring is a plus).
Strong understanding of hiring trends and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
