Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional with 1+ years of experience in IT Sales & Lead Generation. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and generating qualified leads to support our sales pipeline.


Role & responsibilities


  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the IT services domain
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and sales representatives
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and prospect data
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns
  • Track performance metrics and report regularly on lead generation outcomes

Preferred candidate profile


  • 1+ years of proven experience in lead generation or IT sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and LinkedIn outreach
  • Knowledge of IT services and software development is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
