The Partner Governance Analyst/Specialist ensures effective governance and performance of our strategic vendor partnerships.
This role monitors vendor performance against SLAs, identifies improvements, drives remediation, and maintains strong vendor relationships.
Key responsibilities include reporting automation and dashboard development to provide clear visibility into partner performance.
Skills Required:
Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and issues.
Facilitate vendor performance review meetings.
Automate reporting and dashboards for vendor performance in Service now/ JIRA Participate in incident and problem management processes with vendors.
Maintain strong relationships with vendor contacts.
Contribute to ITSM process improvement related to vendor management.
Ensure vendor compliance with policies and regulations.
ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management) Jira Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Skills Preferred:
ServiceNow SharePoint Power Apps Power BI
Experience Required:
5 + years of experience in vendor management, IT service management, or a related role.
Proven experience working in a multi-vendor landscape.
Strong understanding of ITSM principles and practices (ITIL preferred).
Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
