Position: Inside Sales Executive (Day Shift Only)

Location: Centrum Plaza, Sector 53, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon (Connected via Rapid Metro)

We're now looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to help scale this impact.

What You'll Do:

Work on Warm Leads: Engage with pre-qualified leads who have shown interest in our services no cold calling!

Understand & Consult: Communicate with clients to understand their career goals and recommend the right AI-powered product (Resume or LinkedIn Makeover).

Close the Deal: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to payment with a consultative and value-driven approach.

Hit Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion goals while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Provide Product Support: Offer basic product demos or walkthroughs to help clients understand how Outspark works and the benefits theyll receive.

CRM Management: Accurately log interactions, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Feedback Loop: Share insights from client conversations with the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and outreach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
Basic understanding of Inside Sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach to sales and a willingness to learn and adapt.
