Role Overview:

We are looking for a techno-commercially savvy PreSales Executive to drive solution design, proposal development, and strategic client engagement for TechGigs enterprise clients. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, solution consulting, and execution, ensuring that client objectives are met while maintaining profitability and scalability. You will ideate on Big Bets, craft compelling proposals, conduct demos, build case studies, and train sales teamsall while working closely with Revenue, Sales, Product, and Delivery teams. The ideal candidate is an Engineer or equivalent /Technically Savy with 4-5 years of experience in presales, sales strategy, or solution consulting, with a strong grasp of tech hiring trends, employer branding, and developer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Proposal Development

  • Lead end-to-end proposal creation, aligning client needs with TechGigs capabilities in hiring, branding, and developer engagement.
  • Structure custom programs, sponsorships, and events for enterprise clients (e.g., hackathons, coding challenges, tech conclaves).
  • Ensure proposals are commercially viable, competitive, and aligned with delivery capabilities.

2. Strategic Client Engagement

  • Partner with Sales teams in key client meetings to understand pain points and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct Sales Hack (SH) and Client Journey (CJ) demos to showcase TechGigs offerings.
  • Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Delivery to prevent overcommitment and ensure feasibility.

3. Knowledge & Enablement

  • Build and maintain a centralized Sales Repository (case studies, pitch decks, proposal templates).
  • Train new sales hires on TechGigs solutions, competitive differentiators, and proposal frameworks.

4. Big Bets & Market Innovation

  • Ideate on high-impact programs to drive revenue growth and market differentiation.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to refine TechGigs GTM approach.

Desired Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Education: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science/Engineering (or related field).
  • Experience: 4-5 years in Presales, Solution Consulting, Sales Strategy, or Techno-Commercial roles (preferably in HRTech, SaaS, or tech recruitment).
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of developer ecosystems, hiring trends, and employer branding.
  • Commercial Savvy: Ability to structure pricing models, ROI frameworks, and win strategies in proposals.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Mindset: Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Think AI first and is a power user of AI productivity tools
