Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop new business opportunities through field sales activities, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for other products or services offered by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in insurance industry.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization (preferable but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of general insurance concepts and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
