Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities by building relationships with key decision-makers in the target industry.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product) to develop strategies for closing deals.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the IT services sector.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction over phone calls and meetings.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by management.
