Role & responsibilities
1 Position holder will be an individual contributor.
2 Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients using Telephonic and/or video conversations.
3 Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMART.
4 Ensure products/services in clients e-catalog are accurately defined.
5 Prompt resolution of client complaints.
6 Assist the field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by systematic follow up & time bound closures.
7 Daily 10-12 meaningful telephone/video calls with clients
Preferred candidate profile
65%+ marks in 10th and 12th
Graduates must atleast 6 month experience in the same profile will preferred
MBA with 6 month experience also preferred
