Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target clients and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Proactively generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful business deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to pinpoint areas for strategic growth.
  • Lead contract negotiations and deal closures to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention.

Preferred Candidate Profile:


  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Analytical thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Recent graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred, but not essential. (Freshers are also welcome.)
  • Bike and laptop are mandatory.
