Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our Project Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering B2B products. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget.The Delivery Manager will also be responsible for Scoping, planning, executing and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional onshore as well as offshore teams, managing internal and external client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of application development and integration projects.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Understanding business requirements leading to BRD and documenting the acceptance criterion
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones and budgets, risk assessment & mitigation plan, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
Team & Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the b2b Low code/ No code platform, including architecture, infrastructure, and development processes. Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goals.
Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee testing and QA processes & test cases to ensure product functionality, performance, and reliability.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing client expectations. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.
