Job Description

 
  • Employee Relations: Help foster a positive work environment by supporting employee relations, addressing concerns, and aiding in grievance resolution.
  • HR Analytics: Analyze data on performance, turnover, and engagement to inform strategic decisions, and assist in creating reports and dashboards.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor s in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills & Tools: Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; HR software familiarity is a plus.
  • Attributes: Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
