Role Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Project Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering B2B SaaS products. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget.The Project Manager will also be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional onshore as well as offshore teams, managing internal and external client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of application development and integration projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering :
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Understanding business requirements leading to BRD and documenting the acceptance criterion

Project Planning and Execution :
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Documentation and Reporting :
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Technical Expertise :
Possess a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the SaaS product, including architecture, infrastructure, and development processes. Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goals.

Quality Assurance :
Implement and oversee testing and QA processes to ensure product functionality, performance, and reliability.

Stakeholder Management :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing client expectations. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.

Continuous Improvement :
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies. External Skills And Expertise

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Project management methodologies
  • Understanding of technical flows, API documentation, product and business relevancy
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, CogniSaaS)
  • Proven record of driving results in a high-growth environment
  • Strong Team and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other teams / team members - Delivery, Technology, Product Management,Analytics etc.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep understanding of industry issues, a vision for growth and a passion to build Capillary s position in the industry
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, is a plus.
