Compensation:

• Experienced: upto 25,000 Take Home + Incentives
  
• Fresher: upto 18,000 Take Home + Incentives (recent 2025 graduate also eligible)
  

Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday

Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Flexibility required)

Sourcing: Identify & attract top talent

Screening: Evaluate & shortlist qualified candidates

Coordination: Schedule interviews & manage communication

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on hiring trends & job market

Documentation: Maintain records for analysis & insight

Job Description:

• Source and engage candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Create and publish job postings to attract quality talent.
• Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
  
• Graduation is mandatory
  
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  
• Immediate joiners preferred

• Recent graduate from (2023,2024,2025) are preferred
