About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate is a sharp marketer with a passion for innovation, a deep understanding of both organic and paid digital strategies, and the ability to craft campaigns that drive traffic, boost sales, and increase user engagement. You should be savvy enough to leverage the right AI tools to maximize productivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation Management
Develop, manage, and execute viral video and reel content that captures attention and drives meaningful engagement.
- Trend Analysis Growth Strategy
Monitor and leverage emerging digital trends, platform updates, and audience insights to fuel organic growth and brand visibility.
- SEO Strategy Execution
Build and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance search visibility, domain authority, and organic traffic.
- Paid Advertising Management
Strategize, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant paid platforms to drive qualified leads and conversions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with content creators, designers, and the marketing team to ensure cohesive and compelling campaigns across all channels.
- Performance Management Analytics
Oversee, track, and report on campaign performance across major platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Google, and others. Continuously refine strategies based on analytics insights.
- AI-Enhanced Productivity
Identify and utilize appropriate AI tools (for analytics, content generation, automation, audience insights, etc.) to streamline workflows and enhance output quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of proven digital marketing experience (organic and paid)
- Strong expertise in **SEO**, social media marketing, and paid advertising (PPC, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)
- Hands-on experience with video/reel creation and performance analytics
- Familiarity with **AI-driven marketing tools*and platforms
- Exceptional creativity, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with additional paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate strategies
