The Business Manager for Corporate Sales will be responsible for driving sales strategies and managing relationships with corporate clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of excellent services to meet client needs. The Business Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. The position requires a proactive approach to market analysis, competitive positioning, and the overall sales process. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and target potential corporate clients to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
- Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their performance. Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of corporate sales processes and best practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
