Job Description:
Sense Projects Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a talented and creative Female Architect with a strong academic background (B.Arch mandatory) and professional experience in architectural design and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, technical skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to execute design intent
- Create construction documents, interior layouts, elevations, and material specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and design standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Collaborate with MEP, civil, and interior teams for integrated project execution
- Maintain project documentation, BOQs, and approval drawings
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) Compulsory
- 36 years of experience in architectural/interior design projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office (Revit is a plus)
- Strong design sensibility and technical knowledge of building materials and detailing
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
