ITC Infotech has founded the new business unit DxP Services. The focus of DxP Services is the implementation and expansion of the industry-leading PLM software Windchill. DxP Services forms the largest concentration for Windchill PLM Services in European Industry.

• Lead process consulting and software integration projects for our clients as a Master Architect for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Industrial Internet of Things (IoT)
• Create digital transformation roadmaps and customer-specific solution architectures for the implementation and expansion of PTC Windchill and ThingWorx
• Manage and coordinate project teams
• Analyse customer requirements, design and specify the solutions and ensure their successful implementation
• Ensure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processes
• Design standardized solution components as part of the portfolio of DxP Services
• Support the further development of DxP Services methods and strategies in the area of PLM and IoT
• Identify potential new projects with clients and support acquisition of this new business
• Support of sales and marketing activities of DxP Services for strategic customers in Europe

Able to work autonomously and focus on goals

Customer service-oriented

Experience in conducting and managing workshops

Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing PLM/IoT software 

Experience in leading software integration projects

Knowledge of IT architectures related to PLM/IoT (client-server, cloud, SaaS, ...), software development, interfaces, and web technologies as well as database systems

Specific PLM/IoT industry knowledge, e.g., from the automotive industry, automotive supplier industry, aerospace, medical technology, electronics & high-tech, mechanical and plant engineering, etc.

Willingness to travel
