Act as the primary point of contact for monthly client coordination and meetings across all customer locations.
Conduct regular visits to client sites to engage with Leads and Engineers, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Meeting Documentation & Communication:
Prepare and circulate detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM) from client discussions to customer management, ensuring transparency and follow-up on action items.
Resource Management & Reporting:
Maintain and update the monthly engineer database, sharing reports with clients for review.
Track and assist in fulfilling open positions across PAN India locations.
Recruitment & Interview Process:
Conduct technical interviews for shortlisted candidates after initial screening.
Coordinate interview schedules with clients and oversee end-to-end recruitment communication.
Commercial Negotiations & Offer Management
Share commercial proposals with clients for approval.
Coordinate with the MPCL team to issue offer letters upon approval and create salary structures based on PO values.
Employee Engagement & Issue Resolution:
Conduct one-on-one interactions with engineers regarding client-reported escalations or behavioral issues to facilitate resolution and ensure service continuity.
Training & Development:
Plan, coordinate, and schedule training sessions in collaboration with Team Leads.
Collect feedback and address training challenges to enhance team performance.
Financial Reporting & Invoicing:
Maintain and regularly update the P&L report for customer
Manage invoicing for customer FMS resources, ensuring timely submission of supporting documents on the client portal.
Project Oversight & Team Management:
Monitor and direct the work of Project Managers, ensuring project progress aligns with timelines and goals.
Compliance Requirement:
Monitor & assist in completing all statutory requirements for Compliance purpose.
Account & Business Development:
Manage one key account, including new business opportunities, monthly billing, and payment tracking.
Ensure all invoices are uploaded to the customer portal with finance team support.
Proactively develop strong client relationships to drive new business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in client coordination, recruitment, and project management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage financial reporting and invoicing processes.
Leadership and problem-solving capabilities to address escalations effectively.
Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools.
Expertise in Office 365 for efficient documentation, collaboration, and communication.
Ability to prepare and deliver impactful presentations for stakeholders.
ITIL certification is required, ensuring adherence to IT service management best practices.
