Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical expertise on Salesforce Cloud solutions to clients, ensuring successful implementation and maintenance of their business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy customizations using Salesforce tools such as Apex, LWCs, and Visualforce.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance on how to leverage Salesforce capabilities for improved business outcomes.
• Participate in project planning activities including creating RFP responses, developing solution designs, and estimating project timelines.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on strategy consulting or functional consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Cloud platform including its features, functionality, and best practices.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results through effective communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to work independently.
