Job Description

This job role will cater to the service needs of existing BGM accounts and extend the reach of the CGM portfolio through the acquisition of new patients across Pharmacy channel, small clinics, and hospitals not covered by the HCP team. He/she will primarily focus on the new patient acquisition of the FreeStyle Libre system Role & responsibilities

  • Own the BGM business to maintain business volume of existing BGM accounts by providing timely services like calibration of BGM meters, other troubleshooting, and various purchase-related activities for these accounts
  • Work closely with stockists to ensure business continuity of direct BGM accounts
  • Execute Pharmacy channel strategies for new patient acquisition on FreeStyle Libre system
  • Meet listed HCPs at small clinics and hospital to establish the concept of CGM to promote the adoption of FreeStyle Libre who are not being covered by the HCP channel team at present
  • Visit institutions as per pre-decided frequency to provide services for ADC Indias products & devices
  • Implement the strategies designed for assigned BGM institutions, the HCPs, and customers as per the timeline
  • Reporting of daily work completed as per the system designed by ADC India management
  • Achieve business objectives set in a specific period like deliver BGM business volume of listed institutions, servicing of glucometers, calibration, troubleshooting of listed BGM accounts and, number of product demonstrations and other activities designed for the Pharmacy channel and small clinics/hospitals
  • Perform duties assigned by supervisor in a timely manner
  • Be the custodian of Abbotts business ethics & reputation

Preferred candidate profile

  • Consistently deliver BGM & pharmacy channel business objectives month-on-month
  • Perform calibration of BGM meters and other troubleshooting as per pre-defined frequency
  • Execute purchase-related activities for BGM accounts to ensure business objectives are achieved consistently
  • Meet the listed Pharmacies and HCPs of small clinics & hospitals and customers as per given frequency
  • Ensure product demonstration targets are meet consistently
  • Meet the customer coverage norms
  • Attend to the service calls of customers as per timeline

Ensure all documentations related to product servicing are completed as per timeline
