Job Description

POSITION: REGIONAL BUSINESS HEAD

LOCATION:- LUDHIANA PUNJAB

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Drive the revenue growth across all branches in the region through effective product penetration (Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, wealth etc.).

Lead business development initiatives to expand the client base retail, affluent, and HNI segments. Own the P&L for the region, ensuring profitability through effective cost management and revenue optimization.

Ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and internal policies across all branches. Guide and monitor Branch Managers and front-line teams to achieve sales targets across all investment products.
