Job Description
Recruitment Coordinator
Location - Pune
Expr - 2+ years
- Interview Coordination: Scheduling phone, virtual, and in-person interviews for a high volume of candidates, and providing all necessary materials to attendees.
- Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, cross-functional teams, and third-party agencies. Partnering with TA Partners and Executive Assistants to support senior-level recruitment.
- Hiring Process Support: Generating offer letters and contracts, conducting background checks, and ensuring right-to-work compliance.
- System Management: Maintaining the integrity of our Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters), generating reports, and ensuring process adherence.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing efficiencies in our recruitment processes, contributing to team goals.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the global TA team (including Fresty, Rachel, Sruthi, and others), sharing best practices, and providing a seamless service.
