- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with KPI Partners business goals and objectives.
- Lead the marketing team in strategizing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
2. Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize insights to inform marketing tactics and optimize ROI.
3. Brand Management:
- Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Enhance brand equity and loyalty through innovative marketing initiatives.
4. Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer support teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance marketing outreach.
6. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources for maximum impact.
- Monitor expenses and report on ROI for marketing campaigns.
7. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
- 14+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
