Accountabilities:
Collaborate withstakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions, utilizing emergingtechnology such as AI/ML and automation to create value and support businessgoals.
Develop and execute acomprehensive AI/ML, analytics, and BI strategy that aligns with theorganization's overall goals and objectives.
Oversee the research,development, and deployment of AI/ML models to solve business problems andenhance product offerings.
Work withcross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services,evaluate generative AI algorithms, and extract knowledge and content fromunstructured data using multi-modal generative AI methods.
Lead the design andimplementation of enterprise-level solutions using cloud-native platforms.
Drive the developmentand implementation of advanced analytics methodologies, techniques, and tools,extracting actionable insights from complex data sets to supportdecision-making.
Develop and enhanceBI solutions, dashboards, and reports to provide timely and accurateinformation to key stakeholders.
Collaborate withexecutives and cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and aligndata and analytics initiatives with their strategic priorities.
Provide strongleadership to the technology and analytics team, driving operational excellencethrough process improvement, effective design, and performance measurement.
Stay abreast of thelatest developments in the industry and recommend tools, platforms, andmethodologies to enhance the organization's data capabilities and competitiveadvantage.
Manage and mentor ahigh-performing team, ensuring their professional growth and development, andoversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
Establish acollaborative and innovative work environment, adhering to relevant dataprivacy laws and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
10+ years oftechnology leadership experience, with a strong focus on emerging technologiesand business analytics and advanced knowledge of application development, datasolutions, system integration development, and system implementation processes.
Bachelor's oradvanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics,Mathematics, or Engineering (masters or Ph.D. preferred)
Strong programmingskills in Python
Experience withcloud-based infrastructure, AI and ML platforms such as AWS, Azure or GoogleCloud
Experience leadingstrategic business planning for AI/ML, data science, and analytics function ina large, globally matrixed business organization.
Strong hands-on AI/MLmodeling experience of complex datasets combined with a theoreticalunderstanding of AI/ML.
Experience withnatural language processing techniques and best practices.
Proven record ofdeveloping and implementing machine learning models in real-world applicationsand managing teams of machine learning engineers, BI analysts, and datascientists.
Experience leadingteams with strong collaboration, remarkable culture, and positive workingenvironments.
Experience managingenterprise data and analytics capabilities, including data management,reporting, business intelligence, and advanced analytics solutions.
Experience in datamanagement, data governance, and data architecture principles, with practicalexperience in implementing scalable data solutions.
Demonstrated use ofinnovation in IT to support business needs with strategically measurablecontributions to business results.
Exceptionalproblem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically, break downcomplex issues, and develop practical solutions.
Strong projectmanagement and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and managemultiple initiatives simultaneously, including experience with Agilemethodologies at the enterprise scale.
Strong strategic mindset aligned with analytics initiatives with overall business goals,proactively involving opportunities for driving business value using data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
