"> Department: Digital Marketing Position: UI/UX Designer Role and responsibilities: Position Summary: Juego Studio is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead and innovate in the design of our digital products, including web, mobile web, and social media graphics. This role demands a blend of creative vision and technical proficiency, ensuring compelling, user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Lead the design of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile web that align with our brands vision and user needs.
- Tasks: Develop comprehensive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts effectively; oversee the creation of high-quality final designs.
- Graphic Design Production: Create visually appealing graphics tailored for social media posts, banners, and promotional materials, maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
- Tasks: Conceptualize and execute graphic designs that enhance digital marketing efforts and user engagement.
- Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate user experience strategies that align with business objectives.
- Tasks: Participate in strategic discussions, provide expert design insights, and support the implementation of design best practices across the company.
- User Research and Testing: Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions, ensuring optimal user satisfaction.
- Tasks: Analyze user feedback and performance data to refine and optimize designs.
Competencies:
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other design software.
- Strong ability to translate complex user needs and business goals into clear and engaging designs.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Knowledge:
- Extensive knowledge of graphic design, color theory, typography, and layout optimized for digital environments.
- Proven experience in designing for web and mobile platforms, with a deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Experience:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects in web, mobile web, and digital advertising.
- Attitude:
- Exceptional collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach to design.
- Proactive leadership in driving design projects from inception to completion.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing design trends and technology advancements.
Performance Measurement Matrix:
- Project Delivery: Efficiency and effectiveness in managing and delivering multiple design projects.
- Design Quality: Innovation, aesthetic appeal, and user-friendliness of designs.
- Stakeholder Feedback: Level of satisfaction among users and internal teams with the designs and user interfaces created.
