Job Description
Job Title: Delivery Leader
About the Job:
The delivery Leader will oversee theimplementation of multiple software projects across multiple projectsconcurrently. This role will also be responsible for the architecture, design,and creation of solutions using Acentra's products and third-party productsavailable commercially in the market. Responsibility includes working withcustomers, functional and matrix managers, and staff to ensure that all Acentraprojects are delivered on schedule and within budget, consistent with definedAcentra guidelines and processes, and with client expectations. Duties includecreating technical solutions for our customers, responding to RFPs/RFIsperforming constant market analysis of competing products to determine andestablish customer needs and requirements. Lead a team of mid-level executivesand directors responsible for implementation, solutions, and delivery andcoordinate with product engineering, SQA, and other teams to ensure thedelivery and solutions requirements are met.
What you will do:
Ensurehigh-quality deliveries for multiple products and projects concurrently as peragreed timelines and quality.
Proactivelymonitor and track multiple projects with a focus to mitigate potential risks.
Accountablefor the implementation of technical strategy and architectural vision for theorganization's software product development and/or engineering functions.
Identifyparts of solutions ready for productization. Support design, development, andadoption of products.
Supportdevelopment and execution of product strategy.
Lead allproduct/program/project delivery-related aspects.
Oversee,review, and implement the appropriate Governance escalation model for allthe products/programs.
Focus on theservice delivery improvement initiatives along with respective delivery.
Peoplemanagement stakeholder management within the organization and clients.
ClientManagement.
Adhere toclients- processes and metrics of performance and quality parameters.
Implement newproduct development strategies to complement existing service offerings.
Establish andmaintain a blended iterative SDLC and Product Development methodologies toachieve a consistent approach to project management.
Work to solvethe problems articulated by product management or other teams and ensure thatresulting software products meet the organization's standards of quality andperformance.
Ensure thathigh standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adheredthroughout each phase of product development.
Evaluatetechnical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.
Resolve thebottlenecks with the support teams.
Identifyopportunities for reusability across Products and Programs
