Job Description
- Job Description We are seeking a self-motivated QA/Testing professional to join our growing engineering team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software projects, focusing on testing end-to-end solutions or products that may involve web applications, mobile applications, third-party integrations, and a blend of traditional and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in software testing, excellent analytical skills, and a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices. Experience in an early-stage startup or fast-paced environment is preferred. You'll develop and execute test plans, conduct various types of testing (functional, regression, performance, and automated), report and track defects, and maintain test documentation (plan, cases, scripts, and reports). Ensure quality standards and guidelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize testing tools effectively, and mentor junior testers. Required Skills 2-5 years of experience in both automation and manual testing. Proficiency with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, and scripting languages (TypeScript, JavaScript). Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter). Strong knowledge of test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Solid understanding of databases (SQL, MongoDB) with SQL querying skills. Experience in testing end-to-end solutions or products involving web, mobile, and third-party integrations. Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment. Good To Have Familiarity with programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python). Knowledge of application security and penetration testing. Experience with AWS or other cloud services. Experience with GitHub, GitLab, or other version control systems. Prior experience with US-based Healthcare projects (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7). Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience. Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
