Job Description

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target offshore staffing opportunities.

Identify and target potential clients in key offshore markets.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand client needs and provide customized staffing solutions to meet their business objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas of growth in offshore staffing.

Stay updated on industry developments and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Proposal Development:

Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals that align with company goals.

Collaboration & Team Leadership:

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales staff.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Continuously improve sales processes based on performance data.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on staffing or recruitment services, particularly in the offshore market.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the offshore staffing industry, including market dynamics, client needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Client-Focused: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with global clients, particularly in the [target offshore market regions, eg, APAC, EMEA, etc].
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
