Role & responsibilities
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work with hiring managers and department heads to understand the specific requirements for open roles, including skills, experience, and qualifications.
Job Postings: Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards like Naukri, Linkedin, social media, and company websites.
Talent Pool Creation: Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates by networking
Head Hunting: Proactively search for and reach out to passive candidates who might be a good fit for the role but aren't actively looking.
Review Resumes: Assess resumes and cover letters to determine whether candidates meet the job requirements.
Conduct Initial Screening: Perform phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Shortlist Candidates: Shortlist a select group of candidates to move forward in the recruitment process.
Organize and Schedule Interviews: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers or teams.
Behavioral and Skills Interviews: Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and behavioral competencies.
Assessment: Evaluate candidates based on interviews, tests, and assessments.
Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to candidates who were not selected, maintaining a positive employer brand.
Recommend Candidates: Present top candidates to hiring managers, providing detailed insights and assessments.
