Job Description

Requirements:

  • At least 5 + years of experience in Product/ SaaS pre-sales, sales engineering or IT consulting.
  • Technical knowledge and expertise in SaaS & cloud native software products and solutions.
  • A Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Engineering and/OR MBA degree in sales, marketing, IT.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events (up to 35%)

What you will do:

  • Lead Pre-Sales and Lead Generation for our cutting edge and market leading Product Platforms.
  • Deal Strategy & Structuring in conjunction with our global Sales teams across Americas, Europe and APAC.
  • Leverage your product management expertise to align customer needs with existing product features and identify any gaps or enhancements required.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products' technical capabilities, competitive advantages, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, competitive benchmarking, and target customer segments.
  • Provide technical and product information to clients through demonstrations, presentations and proposals.
  • Provide feedback to R&D teams for Product Roadmap based on customer and market feedback (Voice of Customer).
  • Address clients' queries and concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with existing and prospective clients and follow up on sales leads.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to improve the product features and functionality.
