Location: Anywhere in India (Remote - WFH)

International Exposure: London onsite posting to exceptional candidates

What is the business

We are getting into the business of providing services such as plumbing, electricals, moving using AI to customers in the UK through a chatbot. Our business is at the intersection of technology and sustainability.

We will be starting the service of picking up used materials (eg. old furniture, fridge) from offices and houses which needs to be taken to a recycling facility. Customers book the collection service on our platform and our drivers pick up the items to take them to the recycling centre.

Key Responsibilities

• 60% Digital UI/UX
1. Own end-to-end product design for web & mobile (research, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, prototyping)
2. Collaborate with product managers & engineers to ship intuitive, accessible interfaces
3. Conduct user testing, translate insights into iterative improvements
4. Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma

• 40 % Marketing & Print
1. Design brochures, flyers, one-pagers, trade-show booths and other print collateral
2. Maintain brand consistency across digital and print touchpoints
3. Prepare print-ready artwork, manage specs with external printers
4. Partner with the marketing team on campaign visuals & social media creatives

Required Qualifications:

1. 3+ years professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design (web & mobile).
2. Hands-on brochure/flyer creationyou can show at least three finished print pieces in your portfolio.
3. Mastery of Figma and at least one vector/desktop-publishing tool (Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity Designer, etc.).
4. Strong grasp of design systems, typography, grids, color, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1).
5. Familiar with responsive design, component-driven workflows, and basic HTML/CSS concepts.
6. Portfolio link mandatory with application.
