Requirements:Candidates should have prior experience of more than 9 years in F&B Industry (QSR, Cafe, Bakery, Fine Dining).
Expertise in setting up the brand operations for central kitchen/retail stores and franchisee stores.
Setting SOPs as per brand standards.
Skilled in Operations, Training, Auditing, Recruitment/Manpower Development and Resource Management.
Planning marketing strategies with marketing department
Experienced in building supply-chain and vendor negotiations for the brand
Full knowledge on food equipments and machinery.
Knowledge on frozen bakery.
Expertise in setting offline/online delivery operations and logistics.
Planning new menu with Chefs and new product innovation
