DMart  Program Manager - Talent Management

Job Description

Job Purpose:To manage oversight of all Talent Management (TM) programs and initiatives. The role ensures oversight on all aspects of program governance, dashboard maintenance, and administrative functions for the TM team. Embrace an agile operating model and operate with an execution mindset and structured cadence within and across functions. This role will ensure the smooth operation of our roadmap and programs by enforcing governance frameworks and managing essential administrative tasks.


Role & Responsibilities:


Program Governance

  • Implement, and maintain program governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all identified programs & initiatives.
  • Manage reporting structures, including regular status updates & risk assessments,
  • Facilitate program governance meetings, ensuring clear agendas, documented minutes, and effective follow-up on action items.
  • Manage and maintain program documentation repositories, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date.

Dashboards and Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), progress against goals, and roadblocks for each of the TM programs.
  • Collaborate with cross functional leads / stakeholders to gather data or follow up as per the reporting needs.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to program leadership and stakeholders on program performance and initiatives, status, and issues.

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage program-related administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings & TM related trainings/camps, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for program team members.
  • Process invoices, track budgets, and assist with financial reporting as needed.
  • Assist with the creation of presentations, reports for internal consumption and stake holders

Preferred candidate profile:


  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Talent Management or Leadership Development of which at least 2 years should have involved managing cross functional teams
  • Systems and process orientation.
  • Problem solving skills, out of box thinking and exposure to managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Office productivity tools (Google workspace / Microsoft Office) with command in Excel and Power Point.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing dashboards using Excel.
  • Good blend of Business acumen and Process orientation.
  • Exposure to strong Program Management practices.
