Company Description:- AHC Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter. The Senior Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, developing strategies for sourcing healthcare candidates, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and delivering high-quality candidates to fill positions efficiently. This is a hybrid role, located in Durgapur, with some work from home flexibility. Qualifications Strong experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Effective Hiring and talent acquisition skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field Previous experience in a senior recruiting role is preferred,
