Job Title
Team Leader (TL)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader (TL) to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing ground staff to ensure the timely delivery of drone spraying services. You will also oversee team performance, scheduling, and leave management, while providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
1. Team Supervision & Operations Management
- Supervise ground staff and ensure efficient execution of drone spraying services across assigned areas.
- Oversee calling operations to track team progress and ensure the timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure the team meets daily delivery targets, with a goal of covering 12 acres of land per day.
- Performance Monitoring & Leave Management
- Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage team schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels and efficient service delivery.
- Handle leave requests and coordinate with the team to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
2. Training & Development
- Provide regular training, guidance, and support to ground staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting collaboration and accountability.
- Problem Resolution & Issue Management
- Address any operational or staffing issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on service delivery.
- Identify potential challenges in daily operations and implement effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
2. Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in an operations or field-based environment.
3. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage and motivate a team, ensuring high levels of performance.
5. Experience with performance monitoring and scheduling software is a plus.
6. Ability to handle operational challenges and resolve issues efficiently.
