Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and self-driven Senior C#.NET Developer who can take ownership of solution architecture, act as an individual contributor, and collaborate directly with US-based clients on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions using C#.NET and related technologies.
- Serve as a solution architect, providing technical leadership and architectural guidance across projects.
- Act as an individual contributor, taking full ownership of modules and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate daily with US-based clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
- Proven experience in solution architecture and system design.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills, especially with international stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications/Nice to Have:
- Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
