Job Role :

• Create and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational goals and workforce needs.
• Sourcing Candidates - Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Work closely with hiring managers and departments to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Conduct & Coordinate Walk-in Drives.

Requirement :

• Should have at least 3 Years of experience in Recruitment ( IT )
• Should be okay to work with volume requirement.
• Looking for someone who can join on an early basis.
• Should be comfortable working from office.
