Location -India-Mumbai-Maharashtra | Full-time (FT) | Work from office l


Shift Timings -10.30 AM to 7.30 PM


Management Level - Analyst/Senior Analyst l Travel Requirements 10 to 20%

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR Team for identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, and conducting interviews.


  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suited open positions
  • Completing paperwork for new hires
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
  • Managing internship programs
  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers

Recruiter Requirements:

  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases
  • Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Working knowledge of employment law and legislation

Competency Paragraph Analyst -The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen to and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.


Minimum Qualifications/ Preferred Qualifications -Graduate &/or MBA HR


Experience - Overall experience of 1 to 4 years and should have at least 3 years of experience working in a Business Partnering role in a BPO/KPO/BFSI
