Graphic / Web / Software Designer
About the Role
We are hiring a creative and multi-talented Designer with strong skills in graphic design, web design, and software UI/UX design. You will be responsible for creating stunning visuals, user-centric interfaces, and seamless digital experiences across our applications, websites, and brand platforms.
If you're passionate about design that not only looks good but works flawlessly, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create marketing assets including brochures, social media posts, logos, and ads.
- Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all visual communication.
- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality creative assets.
Web Design
- Design modern, responsive websites and landing pages using tools like Figma, XD, or Sketch.
- Optimize web designs for user experience, performance, and conversions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Software UI/UX Design
- Design user interfaces for web and desktop software applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to refine user experiences.
Team Collaboration
- Work with developers, product managers, and marketers to align design with functionality.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with creativity and attention to detail.
- Stay up to date with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Required Skills & Tools
- Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Web/UI Skills: HTML5/CSS3 (basic knowledge), responsive design principles
- Reporting & Presentation: PowerPoint, Google Slides
- Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices, typography, layout, and color theory
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
- Experience with motion design or animation (Lottie, After Effects)
- Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow
- Experience designing for mobile apps (iOS/Android)
- Basic understanding of front-end development collaboration
