Minimum of 6+ years of Administration experience with Oracle Eloqua and different facets of Marketing Cloud Products are a plus
Salesforce.com implementation and administration experience
Solid understanding of web technologies, relational databases and multi-tier applications
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments in a timely manner
Ability to mentor and train people on technical skills
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Ability to extract and analyze data out of Oracle Eloqua and for troubleshooting and reporting
Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, and reconcile conflicts.
Ability to translate user requests into underlying system needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to comfortably work with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels including senior management at the Sr. Director and VP level
Proven ability to communicate and build long term relationships with a diverse set of cross-functional business partners at all levels within the organization to partner, influence, negotiate and gain commitment to accomplish shared business goals while demonstrating a customer-oriented focus.
Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously within a fast-paced matrixed environment
Preferred: Oracle recognized certification Oracle Marketing Cloud E10
MS Office Suite: high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access .
