Commis
As a Commis, you'll prepare hot food. Your role includes preparing orders based on set menu
instructions, inventory management, maintaining kitchen hygiene. If you have a love for
cooking, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
meeting agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times
under guidance from a senior chef
limit/disable the chef to perform duties
station, acceptance and storage of deliveries
To carry out daily and weekly activities such as, temperature checks, food labeling,
storage, scheduled kitchen cleaning

in emergencies, and/or when number of covers require.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience or Fresher with interest in cooking
Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with kitchen equipment and maintenance.
Sanitation Knowledge: Understanding of sanitation regulations.
Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills.
Education: 12th class pass minimum or any diploma & degree in food production or hotel management
