The Optometrist role at Lenskart goes beyond basic eye check-ups. It combines clinical expertise with retail responsibilities like sales and customer service to deliver a superior experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Focus

• Welcome walk-in customers and promote free eye check-ups.
  
• Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) through excellent service.
  

Clinical Expertise

• Perform accurate eye testing and diagnosis.
  
• Dispense prescriptions effectively and explain results to customers.
  

Sales Contribution

• Support store sales through upselling and cross-selling of eyewear products.
  

Store Operations

• Maintain store hygiene and manage stock checks.
  
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily activities
