As Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for scouting, building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and driving growth for TAAL Tech in the designated market. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, develop deep relationships and high levels of confidence & trust.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Markets Development, identifying new client prospects in target segments and markets, defining a unique value proposition, and executing a sales strategy for the acquisition of new logos. The goal is to enter into multi-year MSA engagements and achieve new order booking and revenue targets in the USA market.
2. Lead Generation and Pipeline Management of prospects in new markets, managing the sales funnel, and converting prospects into customers.
3. Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
4. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
5. Maintain up to date and accurate CRM of all client interactions and transactions.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support.
