About NCR Atleos Responsibilities:Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and vendors all time.Day to day follow up for new ES installation, Reinstallation and Deinstallation request if any.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints timely.Communicating with customers through various channels.Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.Taking prompt action on customer query & the incidents as per standard process.Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints as per standard processCommunicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.Ensure to follow all compliances related to work flow.Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.EEO Statement NCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
